Welcome to Shade n Shield Window Film (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, booking services, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Shade n Shield Window Film provides residential and commercial window film installation and tinting.

Service Agreement:

  • A quote does not guarantee service until a deposit or full payment is made.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service based on project feasibility, safety, or legal concerns.
  • Installation times may vary based on window size, film type, and weather conditions.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Pricing is based on square footage, film type, and complexity of installation.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, digital invoices, and financing options.
  • A deposit is required to schedule an installation.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refunds & Cancellations:

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled installation.
  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Warranty & Liability

We offer manufacturer warranties on window films:

  • Residential Films: Lifetime warranty
  • Commercial Films: 10-15 years warranty
  • Glass Breakage Coverage: 5 years
  • Insulated Glass (IG) Seal Failure: 3 years

Limitations:

  • Warranty covers film defects, bubbling, peeling, or discoloration.
  • Warranty does not cover damages due to improper cleaning, accidental breakage, or modifications made after installation.

Liability:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing glass damage or structural weaknesses that result in breakage.
  • Customers must follow proper care instructions to maintain warranty coverage.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Shade n Shield Window Film, including:

  • Appointment confirmations & reminders
  • Promotional offers & updates
  • Customer support follow-ups

Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

  • To opt out, reply STOP at any time.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.
